McShane Development Company provided the development management services for a global high-tech company at the Riata Vista Corporate Campus at Parmer Lane and Delcour Drive in Austin, Texas.

The Class A, LEED-Gold office development is comprised of two buildings, each totaling 140,816 square feet. The office facilities were constructed of four-story tiltwall panels with locally sourced white limestone exteriors, extensive curtain wall systems, pre-finished composite metal panels and finish masonry elements. A 1,600-vehicle structured parking deck was also completed on the premier 36-acre site with convenient access to the northwest submarket, the MoPac Expressway (Loop 1) and State Route 183.
