The 153,000-square-foot Cornerstone II facility located at Cantera in Warrenville, Illinois, was developed as a build-to-suit corporate headquarters for Exelon Nuclear.

McShane Development Company completed this five-story facility together with an adjacent structured parking garage featuring Warrenville’s first heliport. The development also included an enclosed pedestrian walkway connecting the Exelon building to an adjacent office facility to maximize the accessibility and availability of common tenant amenities.
