East Gateway Centre

McShane Development Company and Globe Corporation were the co-developers of East Gateway Centre, an 11-acre, multi-building office complex within the Phoenix Gateway Office Park in Phoenix, Arizona.

The complex is comprised of two four-story buildings totaling 228,000 square feet of office space. The facilities feature sophisticated technology support systems including fiber-optic availability, redundant power connectivity, updated security systems and computerized HVAC systems. The complex offers generous surface parking and features an adjacent structured parking deck that accommodates 340 vehicles.
