The 25,550-square-foot, single-story North, South and Central American headquarters facility for NSK America Corporation was developed by McShane Development Company.

Located at the Huntington 90 business park in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, the firm provided comprehensive development and design/build construction services on behalf of this international manufacturing firm. The headquarters contains a large showroom, private offices, conference rooms, open work stations and break room, in addition to customized repair and testing areas for NSK’s expansive product line. The contemporary facility offers a 30′ clear height, one drive-in door and two loading docks. The building also incorporates numerous sustainable features such as energy-efficient lighting, a sustainable HVAC system and certified wood products.
