McShane Development Company served as the developer of an 820,000-square-foot build-to-suit distribution center for W.W. Grainger, Inc., a leading supplier of facilities management products.
The building is located on a premier 46-acre site within the McShane/MetLife’s KeyStone West Business Park in Patterson, California. This Central Valley location provides convenient access to the Interstate 5 Freeway. The LEED-Gold facility incorporates a two-story, 40,000-square-foot office area and provides 780,000 square feet for warehouse/distribution operations. Sustainable project features include an energy-efficient HVAC system, a highly-reflective TPO roof, low-VOC products and regional/recycled materials.
