Conor Commercial Real Estate was the developer of the new 304,560-square-foot build-to-suit for PPG Industries (PPG) – a Fortune 500 company and an American global supplier of paints, coatings, optical products, specialty materials, glass and fiber glass.

The 304,560-square-foot, cross-dock facility allows PPG to unite both operations and provide a single-source of products to their customers. Efficiencies gained from a sole operation within the Chicagoland area contributes towards the integration, standardization and growth of the firm’s national business objectives. The build-to-suit also allows for building expansion of an additional 159,800 square feet to accommodate future capacity needs.
