Conor Commercial Real Estate, in conjunction with partner, Gallagher and Henry, provided the development services for the 347,511-square-foot build-to-suit for lease corporate headquarters and warehouse facility for Orbus Exhibit & Display Group at the Union Pointe business park in Woodridge, Illinois.

Conveniently located at the intersection of I-355 and I-55, this market-leading, privately-owned group successfully consolidated its Bolingbrook and Niles facilities into the Woodridge headquarters upon its on-schedule completion. The build-to-suit features 272,511 square feet of 32′ clear warehouse space, 20 dock doors, a 20,000-square-foot production area, a two-floor, 55,000-square-foot office component accessed through a two-story atrium lobby and generous on-site parking. To accommodate future growth, the building was designed for 82,000 square feet of expansion and a 100-car parking addition. McShane Construction Company and Ware Malcomb comprised the design/build team for this assignment.
