Vice President of Capital Transactions Vicki Mutchler received Connect Commercial Real Estate’s 2021 Women in Real Estate Award.
Vicki has proven her strong business acumen through her success at Conor Commercial Real Estate over the past 14 years. She joined the firm in 2007 as Director of Capital Transactions; however, after just two years, she was promoted to her current role as VP. Since then, she has helped develop more than 55 projects totaling more than 13,500,000 square feet. Additionally, she has overseen development costs of more than $1.5 billion and construction loans of more than $1 billion.
Vicki has cultivated relationships within the capital markets, enabling her to keep her finger on the pulse of evolving trends and perspectives that influence our business. She is a valued member of Conor’s investment committee and regularly provides important insight, challenges thought processes and supports winning strategies. Her strong financial background and experience in cash flow modeling, valuation work, acquisitions, development and project financing has helped Conor to grow into the successful national development company that it is today.
Vicki sees the underrepresentation of women in real estate as a missed opportunity for the industry and diligently works to combat this issue. For the past nine years, she has been an active leader within The Goldie Initiative, a nonprofit whose mission is to drive towards parity for women in senior leadership within the commercial real estate industry by supporting scholarships for women in graduate studies.
