Conor Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the promotion of Sven Tustin to Chief Growth Officer. In this role, he will focus on Conor’s growth and innovation.

“Sven is a very talented and dedicated individual who holds high standards for himself and those around him,” shared David Friedman, President of Conor. “He has made significant contributions at Conor and epitomizes our culture, which positions him well to take on this new role.”

An industry veteran of 20 years, Tustin joined the firm in 2015 and has served as Executive Vice President since 2020.

In his new role, Tustin will work with Conor’s national team to identify and pursue new business lines and position the firm for long-term success and sustainability. His initial focus will be on establishing Conor’s acquisition business. Tustin will continue serving as Southwest Market Officer, overseeing all developments in Arizona and the greater Southwest region.

“I’m thrilled to take this next step in my career at Conor,” Tustin commented. “I’m very passionate about the firm’s growth and success, and I look forward to serving in this new capacity.”

Tustin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of California – Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
