The new 155,114-square-foot facility will be situated at 5670 South 32nd Street, just south of the airport and within one mile of the full diamond interchange at Interstate 10 and 32nd Street. Energy efficiency and operational cost savings will also be enhanced by the implementation of fifty (50) 4’ x 8’ skylights placed throughout the warehouse component of the facility.
