Brian Quigley, Executive Vice President of Conor Commercial Real Estate, is excited to announce that Ben Harris has recently joined the firm as Senior Development Manager. In his new role, Ben will be responsible for expanding the firm’s development of build-to suits, tenant lease opportunities and land acquisitions.
Ben comes to Conor Commercial with over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. He has worked as a Tenant Advisor for CBRE in the Sacramento and Chicago markets where he generated new business and worked to reduce clients’ real estate costs by leveraging market information. Most recently he worked for Verizon as a Real Estate Manager in the Chicago market where he achieved over $2 million in rent savings through 90 completed lease renewal transactions by collecting market information from a curated brokerage network and solidified relationships with existing landlords.
“I was attracted to Conor Commercial for several important reasons,” states Harris. “First, the company culture is a huge draw. Everyone is very driven, but approachable and values teamwork. The second reason is that Conor has a strong reputation within the real estate community on both a regional and national level. The McShane Companies are known for doing business the right way, which means a great deal to me. It truly came down to being with a company that approaches each deal intelligently, ethically and with the utmost integrity – and Conor Commercial is that company.”
“Ben is joining the Conor team at a great time for our business as we are currently experiencing tremendous growth. Adding someone with a diverse background is essential for us to continue forward momentum and bring in more deals,” stated Quigley.regional and national level.
