Conor Commercial Real Estate is underway on the development of Brewster Creek Commerce Center. Strategically located in the business-friendly village of Bartlett, Illinois, the speculative industrial development will offer 436,500 square feet.

“We are pleased to be under construction at Brewster Creek for a variety of reasons,” shared Brian Quigley, Executive Vice President at Conor. “In terms of proximity to the Western O’Hare submarket and the Elgin O’Hare Expressway, this will be the largest scale new cross dock speculative building to come available in 2021. We expect to serve e-commerce and logistics companies in need of large-scale distribution facilities with heavy trailer parking requirements and access to high quality labor in a mature business park.”

Situated in a 670-acre business park at Bartlett Road and Spitzer Road, the 25-acre site offers direct access to IL-390, I-90 and I-88. It also provides proximity to more than 1.4 million people within a 35-minute drive and a quality labor force of more than 1.1 million people. Notable tenants within the business park include McKesson, ITW, Greco & Sons, Rana, Creative Werks and Cheese Merchants of America.

The 436,500-square-foot cross-dock building is divisible to 100,000 square feet with office space to suit. It will feature 52′ x 52′ bay spacing, a 36′ clear height, 54 truck docks, four drive-in doors and ESFR sprinklers. The site will also offer generous parking with 125 trailer stalls and 340 automobile parking spaces.

Completion of Brewster Creek Commerce Center is slated for Q2 2021. The design-build team of McShane Construction Company, V3 Companies and Harris Architects Inc. will provide comprehensive design and construction services.
