Conor Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Andy Crimmins joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Market Officer – Industrial. Crimmins will lead industrial development efforts in Phoenix and across key western growth markets.

Crimmins comes to Conor with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development. He has held senior leadership roles with firms including VanTrust Real Estate, Ryan Companies, Legacy Development, and Crossroads Real Estate Group. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development and execution of industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects across multiple markets throughout the United States.

Crimmins is a graduate of Northern Arizona University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
