The two-building development is located within Fiesta Tech Center on the northeast corner of Desert Lane and Colorado Street, near the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Baseline Road, just 20 miles from downtown Phoenix, one mile from U.S. Route 60 and three miles away from the Loop 101. “We wanted to do something unique to introduce AZ|60 to the brokerage community. The feedback we received on the event and the project plans were even better than anticipated,” according to Mike Olsen at Globe Corporation. The first place winner of the golf target contest was Kurt Saulnier of Lee & Associates, who walked away with a brand new set of Ping golf clubs. The second and third place winners were John Werstler of CBRE and Phil Haenel of Cushman & Wakefield.

The rear-loaded industrial facilities were designed to provide optimal functionality for warehouse and distribution users with a 30′ clear height, grade level and dock-high loading, 180′ building depths, 52′ x 60′ column spacing, ESFR sprinkler systems and 3,000 amps, 277/480 volts per building. Substantial on-site parking and truck maneuverability is also included.
