The two-story, 60,000-square-foot facility incorporates a spacious waiting area and lobby, physician offices, treatment rooms, staff support areas, diagnostic testing and laboratories, and was designed to meet LEED for Healthcare standards. The award was presented at NAIOP Arizona’s Best of NAIOP event, which recognizes notable firms and projects in Arizona.
