Conor Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of Skyline Commerce Center in Mesquite, Texas. The firm sold the two-building, 198,000-square-foot industrial development to a global investment company.

“Mesquite is an underserved market when it comes to industrial developments, and Skyline helps to fulfill this need,” shared Taline Agopian, Development Manager at Conor. “We’re thrilled to complete this deal and are confident that the high-visibility site in a desirable location with unmatched access to labor will serve the buyer well in the leasing process.”

Strategically located on South Buckner Boulevard with Interstate 30 frontage, the development is visible to more than 168,000 vehicles each day. The location provides easy access to I-30, Highway 80 and I-635, and is just seven miles from Downtown Dallas and 14 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport. Triple Freeport Tax Abatement and incentives through the City of Mesquite are also available to tenants.

Building 1 incorporates 135,396 square feet, divisible to 40,000, with a 32′ clear height, 260′ building depth, 50′ x 52′ bay spacing and office space to-suit. The building also offers 23 truck docks, one drive-in door, 12 trailer parking stalls, 133 car parking stalls and ESFR sprinklers.

Building 2 is 62,713 square feet, divisible to 15,000, and offers a 28′ clear height, 150′ building depth, 50′ x 52′ bay spacing and office space to-suit. Additionally, it provides 18 truck docks, two drive-in doors, 122 car parking stalls and ESFR sprinklers.

Construction on the development began in April 2020 and concluded in October, ahead of schedule. The buildings’ configurations, transportation access and proximity to a strong labor force make it ideal for last mile and e-commerce users.

Cadence McShane Construction Company provided design-build services for the development.
