The four-story, 248-unit luxury apartment residence was designed with a focus on amenities and includes a thoughtful array of indoor and outdoor spaces that elevate the renter experience. The Multi-Family Development of Year award is one of the awards presented each year at NAIOP Chicago’s Awards for Excellence event that honors exceptional firms and projects in the Chicago area.
