Scott is a seasoned business professional contributing more than 30 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has served in various consulting, financial and executive roles.
Scott was previously President and CEO of Marshall Erdman & Associates (“Erdman Company”) from 2001 to 2011. He was recruited to the Erdman Company by the founder in 1994 and served as CFO until promoted to President and CEO in 2001. The Erdman Company has built over 5,000 medical facilities and is recognized as one of the nation’s leading fully-integrated planning, design-build and development firms in the healthcare industry. Scott led the successful sale of the Erdman Company to Cogdell Spencer, Inc a NYSE public REIT in January of 2008. He was appointed to the Board of Directors and served as CEO of Cogdell Spencer Erdman. In 2011, he transitioned to Director and Senior Advisor. Prior to joining the Erdman Company, Scott was a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Currently, Scott serves on numerous corporate and advisory boards and is an active investor in both start-ups and real estate developments. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. In 2006, Scott was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award, the University’s highest honor for community and professional contributions.
