Mike is Vice President – Development in Conor Commercial Real Estate’s Corporate Headquarters Office. In this role, he is responsible for leading Conor’s multi-family development activity in the Midwest.
Mike monitors economic and industry trends and identifies new development and land purchase opportunities. He also leads the development team through the development life cycle from land acquisition through entitlements, design, construction, lease up, financial performance and project disposition.
Prior to joining Conor, Mike worked as a Development & Acquisition Associate at Related Midwest where he performed underwriting, negotiation, design and construction management and asset management for a variety of projects in the commercial, multi-family and affordable housing sectors.
Mike is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Illinois.
