Conor Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Mike Fausone was promoted to Vice President – Development.

“Mike has earned the respect of our team and partners through his dedication, expertise, and thoughtful approach to development,” said Molly McShane, Chief Executive Officer at Conor. “We are excited to see him take on this leadership role and help guide the continued expansion of our portfolio.”

Fausone joined Conor in 2021 as Development Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Development Manager in 2024. He offers more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate development and construction.

As Vice President – Development, Mike is responsible for leading Conor’s multi-family development activity in the Midwest.

“I look forward to building our pipeline and expanding Conor’s Midwest presence in the multi-family space,” commented Fausone. “The team is always looking for opportunities to leverage the McShane platform and create value for both our partners and the communities in which we operate, and I’m eager to further develop that strategy in this role.”

Fausone earned an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University.
