Lynn Jerath is the Founder and President of Citrine Investment Group, an institutional-quality real estate investment firm specializing in senior housing across the United States, with a strategic focus on the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Florida. Citrine targets value-add and opportunistic deals, including assisted living, memory care, and CCRC turnarounds, and is backed by capital from family offices, high-net-worth individuals, funds, and institutions.
Lynn brings a 30-year track record of delivering results in real estate private equity, having executed over $10 billion in transactions at top-tier firms including Goldman Sachs, The Carlyle Group, and GEM Realty Capital. She also created a $100 million opportunity zone industrial fund and previously led a real estate hedge fund. Her expertise covers raising capital, complex joint ventures with operating partners, direct purchases, operation and sales of real estate, public market transactions, debt purchases, structured finance transactions, and more. Lynn has experience across virtually all property types.
A respected voice in both business and civic leadership, Lynn is a Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania and sits on its $23 billion Endowment Board. She serves on the boards of several public, private, and nonprofit organizations. She holds a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
