As Senior Vice President, Market Officer – Industrial, Andy leads industrial development efforts in Phoenix and across key western growth markets. His responsibilities include sourcing new development opportunities, structuring partnerships, managing entitlements, and overseeing project execution from acquisition through disposition.
He is known for his strong industry relationships, collaborative leadership style, and disciplined approach to identifying and executing high-quality development opportunities.
Andy joined Conor in 2026 with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development. He has held senior leadership roles with firms including VanTrust Real Estate, Ryan Companies, Legacy Development, and Crossroads Real Estate Group. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development and execution of industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects across multiple markets throughout the United States.
His experience working with brokers, capital partners, municipalities, and project teams provides a well-rounded perspective on delivering successful development projects from initial concept through completion.
