Molly McShane, Chief Operating Officer of The McShane Companies, has been selected by Crain’s Chicago Business as one of their 2019 Notable Women in Commercial Real Estate.
Molly is a leader in the commercial real estate industry, proven through her diverse and profitable project portfolio, industry involvement and accolades, and dedication to helping others. At The McShane Companies, she oversees all development activity and strategic planning for three national companies.
Molly regularly influences the Chicago real estate community with her participation in professional organizations. In 2018, she made history by becoming NAIOP Chicago’s first female President and now represents Chicago on NAIOP’s national board. In addition, Molly is a founding co-chair of WLI Chicago’s executive board. She is active in other local commercial real estate groups where she serves as a panelist at events offering her expertise. Molly also sits on Marquette University’s center for real estate advisory board, IWIRE’s advisory board and is a mentor for the Goldie Initiative.
